What a great experience. Came in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 because I had a battery die on a small engine I use for my business. When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. Robert, dropped what he was doing and grabbed his battery tester and with in 2 minutes he knew I needed a replacement battery. Instead of replacing the small battery with the same one, he asked what and how my machine worked. He then recommended a larger size marine battery with would better preform due to the way I use it. I couldn’t be happier and 35 min later I am all hooked up and ready to go again. Thanks for being so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate this kind of service....

Last couple of days have not been good! Needed to use my car today, battery dead! My neighbor, Kent,happened to stop by & jumped it for me. He told me to go to Advance Auto Parts (Plymouth), they could replace battery for me. Mark waited on me, he looked at the battery, and said he could'nt do it ,but he got on the phone, called Duke of Oil, sold them the battery, and told me to head down to them. (just a few blocks away) . They took me right in , and I was on my way home in no time!! Made my day a lot better than when I started!!! THANK YOU, MARK . THANK YOU, DUKE OF OIL , for great service. If I could leave negative stars I would! I'm point I go in I immediately get greeted as a sweetheart ckama then I didn't understand what the guy was asking me he refers to me as doll.. That is totally unexcusable. Isabel. Then I informed them I did not have any issues with finding an oil filter at autozone they then inform me that they are not the smartest down there. Extremely unprofessional on professional. The gentleman told me he was going to get the parts I requested and then started helping another man. I ended up leaving and going down to autozone where I had no issues and was treated correctly. I will never go back to...
