The food at this spot is great, however, i've had a horrible experience with staff. You walk in and everyone's nice as you're greeted. Everyone's friendly. I came in with 3 of my work staff to have lunch. They all had the buffet. I chose to order my own pizza, as i thought it would be smart so i can have some to take home to my wife. I don't eat much, so the buffet didnt sound smart, but i knew id be hungry later, hence why i ordered a pizza to-go and buffalo wings for my wife and I to eat afterward...
The entire time i was ordering (all the way until i left an hour and a half later) i was interrogated by our server about when I was going to order my food, why i wasn't getting the buffet, why i ordered what i ordered, when i was planning on eating it, where i planned on eating it, rather or not i was going to take a single bite while i socialized with my clients and employee, whether or not i was going to leave a big tip. I asked to pay for my order as soon as i got it. The server wouldnt ring me up until after my clients and other employee were done with their meals. I asked twice, she never brought it, so i was kinda forced to stay until they were done even though i had other clients to get to.
Im a health aid. My client is handicapped, so naturally i got his buffet dish for him. But i had my own server and others watching me like a hawk as if i was going to eat a piece or something.
I understand why they would need to. But, my order cost more than all 3 work associates combined. If i chose not to eat it that second, i should not have been questioned/ interrogated about it. I almost asked if she (my server) just wanted the pizza for herself.
I have horrible anxiety which didnt help either, so I didnt bring this up to the staff as i was trying to work and handle the situation in a professional matter while being on the clock myself.
When i left there i felt like throwing up. The whole time i was questioned. The whole time I had eyes on me. The way i was questioned was belittling. Im an adult man. I. Was questioned like you would question a child to get them to fess up on who stole a cookie from the cookie jar.
My client is in a wheelchair. Cant use the muscles in his arms all that well. When im getting him his food, i shouldnt feel like im committing a crime and met with such hostility and ignorance.
Needless to say... I still left her a 25% tip on my order... The only reason for that was bc I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just doing her job a little too well? It just needs work bc i wont be going back anytime soon after...

I LOVE pizza hut, but for the last 10 yrs or so myself and other friends and family members haven't had the best experience with the Plymouth Hut. I would say out of 10 orders maybe 8 are incorrect, delivered cold, or aren't made properly. When I call they are very nice and usually replace the order or RELUCTANTLY give me a refund. That's all well and good but the second and the THIRD time delivered (only happend once a third time in 1 order) the order STILL INCORRECT in some way shape or form. It's sad, we are charged an UNGODLY amount of $ for pizza to in return get something that is NOT even close to what their standards should be, when all we want is what we paid for...GOOD HOT CORRECT TO ORDER PIZZA! COME ON PIZZA HUT WE HAVE GIVEN YOU OVER A DECADE TO GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER!! PLEASE DONT MAKE US ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE! Also... The TACO PIZZA SHOULD HAVE CHEESE DORITOS NOT...

None of my randomly generated passwords work because they do not allowed special characters in passwords; an absolute staple of password generation over the past 20 years. Their personal security is just horrid, their current method of contacting the company doesn't work as it errors out in the browser and prevents you from selecting a location or contacting them in any general form. They are a horrible company for their franchisees, going out of their way to prevent them from turning too much of a profit in order to funnel that money to their investors. Overall, Pizza Hut is probably the absolute worst option, and I haven't even gotten into their terrible food. Sick and tired of being ignored when they take my money and refuse to file a service.
