Country Charm Cleaning Center & Laundromat — Local services in Plymouth

Our water pressure tank (bladder?) recently went out and our service guy hasn't been able to get here for pushing 2 weeks now. Laundry has been piling up for our family of 5. I've been hesitant to go to a laundromat because I usually have my 1 and 5 year old boys with me, and I've never been to one before so I wasn't sure how it worked. I didn't want to be there all day because I didn't know how my boys would behave. I finally decided to try it today and couldn't have had a better experience. The lady working there was so nice. She offered to help me get my laundry in and out of the car or watch my boys so I could. She explained all the machines to me and related to my situation by telling me about her 4 kids. She interacted with my son and helped distract him to allow me to transfer the laundry to the machines. I just can't thank her enough!!! The machines were very quick. I got about 6/7 loads done in less than 2 hours (not all of it was totally dry but i just brought it home to finish in our dryer). The other customers were all super sweet (not that the laundromat can control that). No one shot me judging looks for my 1 year old running around pushing the carts. The lady that works here is very sweet and polite. I am a firm believer in good customer service, and good customer service is rapidly becoming extinct these days. So I'm always surprised to stumble upon an employee of any type of establishment who appears to both enjoy their job and performs their service role with friendly enthusiasm. You get both at this laundromat, and that is wonderful. The place is kept very clean as well, which is also a pleasant bonus. The only reason I didn't rate this place as "Excellent" is because the washers turn my whites a dingy brown color. I have not lived in Plymouth very long and have not operated a clothes washer using the city's water any where else, so this could be a problem for the whole city for all I know...but for the purposes of my limited perspective, my whites must have vacationed in Florida, because they're tan now. I still go back though, so give it a try if you are in need of a good public coin...

This is the best laundromat in town, very clean and the nicest staff you could ask for, I remember coming here as a child 40+ years ago the only thing that has changed is the modern washers and dryers, we use country charm cleaning to do our bedding but if we didn't have our own washer and dryer for our regular clothes I would only come here and another plus is they have a tailoring serves which we have used before and it is wonderful...thank you for being a wonderful asset to the...
