My husband and I ate dinner here, we are not from Plymouth so we read the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. It was later, so the dinner rush was over and our food came out quickly. My husband ordered the AYCE Perch and he said it was perfect. I had a piece and it was actual lake perch, fried crispy but not too done. My food was good, not bland, and what I expected. The fries were perfect! The service was fine, though it was later and the rush over, but the waitress was nice. We were asked about refills. She did mention to us that she was glad the rush was over because sometimes it’s overwhelming, she also mentioned she was a teenager, so I wonder if some of the “rude” service in the reviews are being written about an overwhelmed teenager doing her best. Anyway, the menu is large, they serve breakfast all day, and if you’re looking for some general basic home cooked food, I would say you’d find something here. We wouldn’t have any issue eating here again.

Been taking out breakfast from here for years and never have I been so disgusted with the food than today. The two stars are for the omelette which was fresh and adequate. My issue is with the hash browns. They were old and hard and tasted awful, must have been leftovers from a buffet. That was the last straw, I'm on a fixed income and still hungry after spending $10.00 for a meal I could only eat half. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Salmon was not juicy, was very dry and not soft and chewy like we normally have it. My Fiancés cowboy wrap had no avocado or ranch like advertised. Just a dry wrap. Mac and cheese was good and mashed potatoes were decent. First time trying so kind of disappointed.

We went in there on sunday night just before the blueberry festival closed. There was one gal in charge of seating, taking orders and all. And there was one person we believe cooking. There was no manager in there. She was new and I felt so sorry for her. For starters, my husband went to go use the restroom and got told the restroom didn't work. He had to go outside and use the porta potties. There were seven of us in our party.. there weren't many in the restaurant. There are about two other tables. The poor lady was so inundated that we put our orders in and never saw our salads or soups, until our orders were ready to come out. Two of the people didn't even get their soups until their order was out. The soups looked really dry when they did get em, because it was a chicken noodle. The food was only so so. We used to eat here a lot. But after the way that it was this time, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. The waitress had told us how bad the bathrooms were and that somebody had destroyed them right down to how badly they were destroyed, and that she had to clean it up once the day was over and that she couldn't clean it up in between taking orders, because would we want her to then take our order and service, after she...

Had breakfast on a Saturday morning. Took a while to be greeted by the hostess even though the restaurant didn’t appear very busy. Menu was fairly basic, nothing outstanding but to be expected. Food was completely subpar though, even for a dive. And that is honestly giving it more credit than deserved. Husband ordered a Belgian waffle which tasted like the batter was day old. The blueberry sauce that came with it was so oversaturated with sugar that it wasn’t even edible due to the granulation. The strawberry sauce was watery probably due to the same over sugaring. The meal, understandably, turned his stomach though. Our waitress was decent enough, and took the sauces off the bill. Unfortunately for her the person checking people out walked away without acknowledging me after the couple in front of me paid. I was going to pay with a card but got tired of waiting and only had enough cash to cover the meal. I doubt a poor review will have any affect on existing clientele so I don't feel bad saying I wont be returning and would advise anyone who hasn't been there to give the place...

Went in for Fish Dinners on Friday, 12 April and they were 3 of the worst prepared fish dinners we've ever had. Fish was way over cooked and actually chewed like jerky, saturated with the oil they deep fried it in. We had the cream of Broccoli soup, well technically they could call it a "Cream" soup and it had very small flecks of green in it. So will assume it was the Broccoli. It was actually a thickened cream of rice soup with a gluey/pasty consistency and very bland. We were all very disappointed with the meal. I guess the owners no longer care about quality. It proves you can own a restaurant even if you can't properly cook. The meal for 3 was around $57, was not worth .57 cents. Avoid this place, at least until they can improve, they seem to have lost caring about their quality of food for some reason. This is not the 1st time it's happened to us at Symphony Restaurant, but thought we would give them another chance and we're very disappointed. At least the server did a good job. But she can only do so much.Shsme on the...
