12/8/24 : 4⭐️ Review Update= "Joe" is the reason I am updating my score for this location. Multiple times in the last couple of months, he has gone out of the way to make sure the sandwiches are correct and make any corrections that he needs to without putting up any argument or fuss. Great Guy, and leadership should think about putting him over Team training. Overall The new owner seemed to be putting forth an effort To improve.
9/27/24: 1⭐️ Review= Additional Info; I want to be clear, the team who is there in the daytime is normally phenomenal. Tonight was a very bad experience. We ordered two turkey Titans. Never once have we ever had to look at what was inside of them, because they're always heavy and made the way they are described on subway®.com. The individuals working tonight intentionally skimmed on all of the ingredients. When we got home, our son brought us a sandwich that had at four pieces of turkey, Compared to the 16 that subway tells you should be on a foot-long. My eldest son only had about six or seven. Very skimpy on the vegetables. They are cheating customers.
As of late the Service seems to be rapidly declining. My family has loved this Subway for years, now something seems to be changing. There are still some good employees here who Do NOT skimp on portions, but recently some of the emoloyees seem nervous to add extra veggies (even on a veggie sub with NO veggie pattie). My wife and her friend had terrrible experiences on 2 occassions. About a week ago I was charged $7.40 for a 6 inch veggie wrap, because I ordered the low calorie Tomato Wrap. I expected to maybe pay $1 more than the $4.00 veggie sub price, but $3 extra... just for a different bread choice?? The nice young lady agreed with me that it did not make sense but the manager says whenever that bread is used the sandwhich must be the same price! Read moreI wouldn't recommend coming here to eat in, as the parking is horrible and the drive-thru leaves a lot more to be desired. You're blocking people in the parking spaces most of the time. People wanting to pull out of the parking spots are blowing their horns to get out. Who designed this place!!! The people taking your orders are fine and try to be friendly and nice, some how they manage to get the orders right, but the speed to which your order is taken and served leaves a lot. It's not the fault of the staff, it's whoever designed this places layout. Don't park here or you'll never leave the place. They're whole slogan of as many toppings as you want is now we can't give you as many toppings as you want. Ask for two handfuls of olives on my sub and they could only give me one because and I quote "corporate told us we have to cut back on the toppings because we can't raise the prices of the subs anymore" I only get lettuce pickle and extra olives.
