Games Center — Local services in Pocatello

It was horrible. I agree totally with the other review that said the staff was sheepish. They acted like they were so irritated when we went up there to get help. They didn't know how to fix the computer cause our lane was messed up. And after going up to the desk a few times they all decided to stay at the opposite side of the counter and pretend they didn't see us standing at the counter. We waited at the counter for ten minutes with no help. Every time we asked them anything they acted so irritated. Not friendly or helpful or knowledgeable at their job AT ALL. I would say I'll just go to the other bowling alley in town but they have leagues every night from 6 to 930. So after everyone gets off work and wants to take their family bowling you got two options, take them to this place with the worst service and irritated staff and the heat set to 80 degrees or go to the other bowling alley in town after 930 when your kids need to be in bed....

The gentlemen that work there were so amazing! They communicated very well and helped us out and took the time to get to know my group. They were truly good workers and I hope their boss sees what wonderful and hard working these gentleman are.

The last time I was there I was not impressed,but it was like 15 years ago. The pool room is huge big enough to accommodate tournaments, and the is a side game room in black light which was cool and bowling was way fun, and to top it off a little food stand/counter. Will definitely...
