Jacksons Food Stores — Local services in Pocatello

At approximately 1:50 am today me and my husband came into the store. Cashier Tonya was sitting behind the counter. When we got our items and went up to check out she finally stood up scanned our items and when we went to pay for our items which was 12.18 total we gave her a 50 dollar bill and she very rudely said she couldn't break a 50. We were thinking about purchasing more so we could pay for our things with cash but the way she treated us was so inappropriate that we just paid for our things with half cash half card. Tonya is definitely not a good fit for any job in customer service. I will not be returning to this...

I went in to grab a DoorDash and started with “I’m here to pick up a DoorDash for..” before Tonya cut me off before I could finish saying the name of the order. The order contained alcohol and so I had to give her my ID and she questioned my ID as well even though it was clearly my ID and I’d been dashing all night and delivering orders with alcohol. Everyone is so nice that works there n great prices there is ONE LADY that works there that could do less talking to customers , it really holds the line up, n its really jus to n from work wen there's lots of people in there that don't wanna stand there while she is having long conversations wit the other people.. YEA , and i DO understand GOOD FRIENDLY customer service, jus saying there is a bit to much N MAYBE A MANAGER NEEDS TO HAVE A TALK WITH THAT EMPLOY TO FIX IT...
