If I could give a zero I would. I really do not think they remember me. From 2012 to 2016, I was a regular customer in their store. I not only bought in store but I ordered a skirt. I didn't like how they latched onto customers and didn't let them just look and decide what they want, but overall I appreciated how friendly they were. Went to buy some clothes, found the suggestive selling to be completely over the top and inappropriate. They were kind enough to take my selections to the checkout for me while I continued to browse. When I went to check out, found 10 unwanted jewelry items thrown on top of my selections. Nobody goes to Maurices for their cheap costume jewelry, we go there for flattering tops and jeans that fit well. I’m going to be returning the jewelry that I got pressured into buying, and shopping online from now on. Will never shop here again. Maurices has lost my package and instead of issuing me a refund they have been lying to me and telling me I will have update payment info tomorrow, tomorrow then it became Monday. Now its next week. I've called twice they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor and tell me they will reach out to me by email within 24-48 hours will it's been since November 22nd.
