I received a color service from Mia and I would HIGHLY recommend booking with someone else at another salon. I originally booked for an all over color and when I was told my total, it was not what I expected. When I asked Mia the reason for my total at checkout she said my service was actually a color correction and that additional bowls of color were the reason for my pricing. Later looking at my emailed receipt I saw I was also charged 42 dollars for a haircut and for “green circle” which turned out to be the salon’s green sustainability fee. I was under the impression the “dusting” trim I received was included in the color service. Perhaps it was a miscommunication and I understand mistakes happen but when I messaged Mia directly she implied that I just couldn’t afford her prices. That they weren’t “sustainable” for me. I felt she was justifying the charges and being underhanded. I did appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation with a complimentary style but would have preferred a refund. Since having my newborn, it’s been really hard to find time for myself and feel this completely ruined my experience. I've trusted Chantelle to do my high-maintenance blonde extensions for the last few years, and I'll be the first one to tell you I'd never go anywhere else. She explains everything well, she knows what she's doing, and she's upfront and honest with you.

First of all, let's talk about the extensions. Her method for installation is unlike anything I have ever had in the past. It holds well, it grows out beautifully, and it never gets matted and tangled. The installation is quicker than other methods and nearly invisible to someone who doesn't know hair. She knows how and where to put them so that they look the best--not too thick or too thin and they blend seamlessly.

The color is perfect too. Chantelle is brilliant when it comes to blondes. I trust her to just do what she thinks would look best and I've never been disappointed. I've sent several of my friends to her and they all leave with GORGEOUS shades of blonde. I'm lazy when it comes to maintaining my blonde hair, so Chantelle crafts up a color that grows out beautifully and lasts me about 6 MONTHS before I need to get re-colored. She's also super concerned about the health of my hair and its healthier and stronger than it's ever been!

I had gotten my lashes done first, the girl was super sweet but the lashes aren’t what i asked for. i wasn’t even shown what they look like once i was finished before i paid. i was given no after care instructions. i asked for more natural looking and on the longer side. and in my opinion they are shorter and blunt, very thick but maybe there was a miscommunication on my part/ difference of opinion. maybe i should have shown pictures? i’m not really sure what happened. I got my hair colored after. again the girl was super super sweet but it’s just not what i asked for. i asked for blue black and the darkest they had. in the studio it looked fine but once i was outside i saw all the red tones in my hair that i really wanted gone. that’s why i asked for the blue to be added to the black but that was never done. it’s not as dark as i was hoping but maybe my hair didn’t hold onto the color well i’m not really sure. however there was no blue added like i asked. after the color tho she did trim my hair exactly how i asked! which was so refreshing i feel like allot of places always cut more then you ask but she did not. she also cleaned the dye from my head really really well which i also feel like...
