I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but after my recent experience, I felt genuinely compelled to share just how truly exceptional Carrie is! From the very first moment I walked into my appointment, she exuded warmth, professionalism, and an infectious energy that immediately put me at ease. I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect, but Carrie made the entire experience not only enjoyable, but truly unforgettable.

What stood out to me the most was how attentive and intuitive she was throughout the entire appointment. She listened so carefully to everything I said (and even the things I didn’t realize I was saying!) and made sure that my preferences and comfort were always the top priority. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed—Carrie created a safe, positive space where I could just enjoy the moment and explore all the possibilities.

She ended up pulling a gown that I would have never thought to try on myself. To my absolute delight, it ended up being the one. I truly felt radiant in every dress she selected for me, but that gown made me feel both confident and completely myself in a way I didn’t expect.

Carrie has a true gift for making people feel beautiful, seen, and celebrated. Her passion for what she does shines through in every thoughtful gesture and kind word. I found my perfect dress at the Valentine Bridal shop! Candace and Alissa were so accommodating and sweet when shopping and trying on dresses! I showed her ahead of time did time what my visions were for what I wanted and she had a few options already out and ready for my to try on that were similar to what I wanted. As I tried them on she asked what I liked and didn’t like about each one and went and grabbed different ones that geared toward my likes. Alissa helped with everything from putting dresses back on hangers to getting out a vail that matches the dress I currently had on. I felt like a princess as I searched for my dream dress. Eventually after a few tries, I narrowed it down to two I loved, which they didn’t influence my final decision at all so when it came time to choose, it was fully what I wanted. Candace’s recommendation for the alterations was also perfect! Jynnae helped make my dress fit like a glove, as well as add a layer of shimmer that I requested. Alissa was a DREAM! I had been at a different bridal shop all morning and did not have a great experience. It was my first time shopping for dresses and I knew as soon as Alissa met us at the door things at Valentine were going to be different!! It was THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience. The shop itself is beautiful, cozy, and being the only bride there made for such an intimate experience. Alissa had a great selection of dresses pulled for me based off my inspo pics and I am not kidding when I say I legit loved every single dress!! She absolutely crushed it and made me feel like a princess in every one that I tried on. She was so patient as it came down to me being in love with two dresses and finding my dream dress. She pulled THE PERFECT dress, one that I was literally trying on for shits and giggles... and it ended up being the one. It was perfect and the entire experience was a 180 from my morning experience.
