I went in looking for an electric weed eater/trimmer. The larger one they had for sale was out of stock so unfortunately I got the smaller one. Upon getting home the trimmer head only has one piece of line, I charge it and begin trimming around my house and side walk. Twelve minutes later it goes dead, repeat the charge and trim for ten-fifteen minutes until it dies. Next day I return it saying I think ya hatter is not working properly, the manager says it is and it’s only supposed to last for fifteen minutes..I say idk what I’m supposed to with a trimmer that lasts for fifteen minutes and that I want to truth it because it says on the box that Black and Decker Has a thirty day satisfaction guarantee or return. The incomotetent manager says it means return to black and decker, I nicely state that I can’t return something to somewhere I didn’t get it from and nicely read the thirty day guarantee to him. He rudely tells me to stop being hard to deal with...and continues to rant and give me attitude. I’ll never buy anything from them again, if they won’t stand behind the warranty on the products they sell, especially for something like selling a trimmer which only lasts for fifteen minutes..I will not support this local business. I tried to exchange a knife once and didnt even have it 20 mins. I walked to my car and realized I would rather have the other one I looked at. I walked back in and explained everything to the lady cashier at the counter told her and that I would like to exchange it. She acted like she was going to exchange it but had to get approval, so she got some guy up to the front, I guess he was the "manager" and he automatically said "No can't do it" can't exchange it. He was very rude and Unprofessional, the lady cashier told him that I was just in there less 20 mins ago. He said still can't do it and wont do exchanges. She said sorry I haven't been back since and won't give them my business ever again, but this isn't the only issue I have had with this location but just the worst issue.

   Read moreI need to call out Steve at the help desk. He not only saved me a lot of money from what I was thinking I needed, but also walked me through the whole process in how to use the product. I walked away nervous but a lot of confidence due to his way of explaining things to me. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, I may have gone out of town to save a few dollars, not now. I will spend more to save more.
I not only completed the job, but beyond anything I could of imagined and saved over $1,500 from what a professional plumber wanted to charge me.
