This store is what brings me from my home to the city of Pomona. Completely worth the round trip, I get to shop around to please my retro-game addiction and talk to awesome people who aren't barred by corporate shop rules. The staff is more than willing to talk to a person like a human, they're open to all types of people. You feel comfortable to be in your own skin and in a safe environment, so all friends of different beliefs, races, genders, are sure to have a great time talking to Dewayne, James, Pedro, Alejandro, or the rest of the 3BitGames gang. Prices are negotiable by just asking, trades are welcome for cash and credit. I've never been low balled or felt wronged in purchasing games. The store carries both retro games and modern, they also carry adapters to retro-fit older consoles to play on an HDTV. Need a controller for that NES, ask! Unprofessional business practices. I won an auction for a playset of trading cards from this store. I'm guessing they weren't satisfied with the winning bid amount so they cancelled my order without notifying me. So I had to reach out to them asking why my order was cancelled, and I was told "My daughter spilled water on my shipping cards when I had them on the table..."

Even if I truly believed that's the case I'd understand, so I told him I'd still be interested in the purchase, just send some pics of the current condition of the cards. He responds "Sounds good. I'll send when we open tomorrow". I knew I wouldn't get any pics, and sure enough the following day I get nothing.

So once again I reach out to them asking about the pics. This time I'm told "I was looking for them. I think an employee tossed em. He said they were all stuck together".

Avoid the excuses and don't do business online...

These guys seem like they are the type of video game sellers that are money hungry and don’t have very good prices on their games. They had a small shop and a decent amount of games but while I was looking at their games the guy at the counter just kept staring at me and I felt like I was being rushed when I was trying to decide what game to get. I just feel like there are better stores in the area to go to than wasting time to go...
