Fantastic service and work!! Had little rattling in my late eighties 4 foot Kenwood cabinet speakers...of course especially at higher volumes. Jim(technition) looked at them then communicated with me that same day and said he found the most likely culprit. He reglued loose cone cup and the inside and outside of both rear power joints and cabbs!!!! Problem solved! Rattle....Gone!!!!!! Along with my turntable adjustments and it's own isolation....my speakers are pumping beautiful accurate music again and I could even push my volume levels like never before! Especially my metal lps!! Jim took three days (glue needed at least 24hr dry time) and communicated throughout plus asked in the end how the speakers sounded!! Highly recommend. Give him heads up when you are stopping by. He again communicates very well. Any audio issues I may have I shall bring them...

I had an old Marantz amp that had lots of sentimental value to me and I was very picky with who I wanted to have service it. Jim (owner/tech) came highly recommended and was super professional. I called him and he let me drop the unit off after hours the same day and was willing to work around my wacky schedule. He was very courteous and kept me informed along the way. His turn around was very quick and his pricing is extremely modest. I liked to think the unit sounded good before, but after Jim was done with it, its much better than i could have expected. If you have any audio equipment (with sentimental value in my case) that needs servicing, Jim is your guy. I am VERY happy with my experience and I know I will be working with him again really soon.

Read moreDropped my radio off in April. Called back three months later And still hadn’t gotten to fix fixing my radio yet said he never even started. Call back another couple months later and he tried dodging my Question if it was fixed. Ended up picking my radio up and now I have to look for another place to have it fixed. What a huge waste of time.
Edit: Now he replies back to my review telling me I’m ridiculous because he couldn’t get around to repairing my radio. It’s been 6 months and you didn’t even start. Who does that? A hobbyist. Also no one in their right mind would charge someone for storage if they were going to fix your item....
