Dollar Tree — Local services in Pontiac

I like Dollar Tree, overall. However this Pontiac location needs help.

I shop regularly at it because, sad to say, it is always quite a mess and disorganized - and I am someone who likes digging through shelves and finding surprises so to speak.

But let's be real - this is not the best of Dollar Tree locations for a typical shopper.

Stock is always in the aisles, not put away, in alreadly very narrow crowded aisles. Store is dated and not the cleanest.

I do encounter pretty friendly staff most of the time, but slow moving, don't always seem that excited to be at work (but to me, that shows the moral of the store of working there).

But again, I like digging for the hidden treasures, this location is never busy - so I will...

This store had started to fall apart, was always messy, and the shelves were always empty so I started going to the Bloomfield location but it’s now a hot stankin’ mess… so I decided to go to the Pontiac location and it was truly a shock… I’m so glad I did… the new Store Manager Tim has truly cleaned that location up…the shelves are stocked, the store is clean, the aisles are clear, and the staff is super friendly and helpful… Tim and his employee Cory were truly amazing and friendly. Tim even assisted with helping me get my pops to my car… What an AMAZING experience… I’m now back at the location I love shopping… Thank you Tim‼️ They put the right person in the right location...

So this is for all dollar tree who have a plasma center next to it they all want to tell us no cash back every time we donate we go to supert dollar t donating plasma save lives dollar tree does not support us cus they won't give us cash back anyone who donate no what im talking about stop going to dollar tree don't give them your any who donate they don't support us it like when they see the red card they look down on us im so mad can't even get it out right but look at how many dollar tree are next to center .they all act same way.
