DTLR — Local services in Pontiac

It’s an oversized guy who definitely rubbed me the wrong way about my purchase one day. Now I’m a black American who walked in and purchased some Nike dunks and a pair of shorts. This guy was literally super excited to see a customer and applaud him and damn near wanted to give him pleasure I guess because he bout a couple pair of Jordan’s. So I go up to the register they don’t acknowledge me. One employee looking at me like I’m crazy. Then I guess the overweight manager was in the back warming up his food of course but then when he rings me up and barely say anything. And he rings up a pair of shorts I bought and gets to laughing. But mind u this so overweight he probably couldn’t even fit the shorts and then didn’t say thank you for business or anything. The vibe there is definitely depends on CULTURE!!! That manager was so talkative to the guy who was probably Albanian but when a black guy shops yall give me the shit ass attitude. And the employees was black also so that definitely rubbed me the wrong way. They didn’t accommodate me or try to help or nothing..just soulless until another race/culture comes in and act like they the...

Worst store ever would not recommend them at all worst customer serviceTreshaun and Alize need to not have jobs in customer service they are TERRIBLE and Alize is the Manager and can not help the customers as the deserved to be help.
