WORST TACO BELL AROUND

The food is always, wrong or cold and gross. Today they messed up my whole meal, just nasty. Then we took the food back up there and exchanged it for fresh hot food. Cool, I don't like wasting the gas but at least they gave us the correct food right?

Yup, all EXCEPT the quesadilla. It was completely inedible the first time, and I was so relieved it was hot and actually cooked the second time. Until I bit into it and noticed that instead of creamy jalapeno sauce there was some nasty bacon sauce! Like come on, a quesadilla is the easiest thing to make. And after talking to the manager Kyle, I assumed he would remake the food. But when my mother got back from going back up there she said he told her that his "best guy" remade the food. DEFINITELY NOT. That bacon sauce is absolutely disgusting so once again I didn't eat my quesadilla and I'm NOT going back up there again.

Oh but hey, thanks for the day old cinnamon twists, that totally makes up for the time, money, and gas that was wasted.

I WON'T...

I’m not the type to leave a negative review but it’s well deserved for this establishment. First of all I would leave the lovely lady’s name that was rude to me at the window, but she decided not to give me my receipt. I’m always so nice to food service workers because I myself work in the service industry, that being said it was absolutely ridiculous how these employees acted towards me. I get up to the window and nobody greeted me and one of the woman just took my money and wouldn’t even give me eye contact, no mention of the price of my meal either. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes for my food and change and then when they finally give me my food she throws it at me and says nothing while the other woman is standing at the window looking me up and down with a disrespectful look on her face. No idea why they were hired in the first place with such a terrible attitude. Sincerely hope they stop working there soon so they aren’t such miserable people. Wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this...

Just got off of work decided to go get me some Taco Bell I get up there and ask for a number seven they did not cut it in four the cheese was not melted there was no sauce on it and it was only cheese I also ordered two chicken chipotle‘s that only had tons of sauce two little pieces of chicken and lettuce which I did not know come on there I turn right back around and take it up there the girl who is the manager up there would not give me her name would not give me my receiptsWould not give me my money back and told me that’s how it’s supposed to look they have but turn around and told her employees be careful how you make the chicken chipotles and the chicken quesadilla we got a complaint but refused to help me I’m very lost on that one at this point I will be contacting the HR of that place she needs to be fired all written up or learn her customer...
