Huron Plaza Liquor Store — Local services in Pontiac

I come here a lot, but after tonight will not be going back.

The customers that come here are getting worse. Feels more and more unsafe every time I go. Tonight was no exception. Crazy dude in the parking lot started yelling at for no reason probably because I’m a white dude going into a liquor store at 10pm in Pontiac.

Whole time I was in there was yelling random slurs and just being all around crazy. Staff was laughing at what he was saying.

The new fat dude they just hired is the worst of all the staff. Rude and acts like he hates being there. The staff used to be better, but this place is going down hill.

And just for context, I’ve been coming here for 7 years, so it’s not like I haven’t seen this place in...

They’re rude. They id me everytime i come in here but dont id everyone. They make me uncomfortable asf. The kid made a really huge deal about its not me on my id kinda racist cuz my hair is just a different color. I told him to just give me my id several times so i could go and he continued. I should not i have to do this whenever i want a drink when they literally know i am well over 21 and don’t even look that young and even if there are better ways to buy liquor id just ask someone else (and probably not even pay for it). For people who overcharge for liquor they really aren't pressed to sell it. ...

I was very impressed with this place. There’s really no good grinder sub shops around anymore and I tried three of their different grinders steak, Italian and pizza, and they were all amazing! This place is second to none and I would highly recommend it and also the staff seems very friendly too. Thank you Saif for making good quality grinders. Great party store also as they have everything you need...
