These people came to my home after 7:30pm for the Manager of the Pooler location to talk to me on the phone to try to get a payment. How unprofessional of them!! I spoke with a representative earlier in the week to let them know I was going to make a payment today. I didn't avoid communicating with them. I slammed my door in his face and told him to leave. I am 80% done paying off my purchase per the online payment center. They acted as if I stole the merchandise. I am only 10 days past due not 10 weeks or 10 months past due! Because he didn't have a valid state of Georgia ID (he just moved from Alaska), and instead wanted to use his military ID, they would not accept it as a valid form of identification. He can by alcohol and a firearm with his military ID but not a washer and dryer? Makes no sense. So we tried to compromise, use myself as a secondary person and whatever, but the process became a hassle. Read moreThey keep sticking notices on our old apartment door due to old room mates failed to have them pick up a bunk bed set that we never had in our apartment after they left (wasn't there the day they left oddly). New tenants laugh because they stick the "sorry we missed you" on the door and never knock, the office calls us about it and we all just laugh. Make sure you have the product that's in someone else's name and make sure they are aware of someone still lives there or not. Leave those people alone and harass someone else! I'm so glad my stuff is paid off and I no longer deal with them, then again I dealt with hinesville and mike is hands down the best...
