Absolutely the worst experience Iâve had with this type of company.
I originally set up an account to lease two bedroom sets and two mattresses. I was informed about the deposit, and when I explained I couldnât pay it at the time, I said Iâd shop elsewhere. Just didnât have it at the time. They offered to âwork a dealâ with me, which I appreciated. We set everything up, including a delivery date.
On the day of delivery, I waited for the 4â5 PM window. At 4:45 PM, I calledâonly to find out I wasnât even on the delivery list, and the items I ordered werenât available. They had two weeks to tell me this, but said nothing. In the end, they only delivered one bedroom set and one mattress. If I wanted the second set, it would come without a mattress. Also, the rugs I paid for were never delivered.
Fast-forward: Iâve been asking for my customer number and agreement number for weeks so I can set up automatic payments (I hate having my phone constantly ringing about payments). It took almost a full month to finally get my customer numberâstill no contract, no confirmation email, nothing.
They are clearly unorganized and completely unprofessional, whether itâs over the phone or through text. I would never recommend...

Fast forward to now, near the end of our contract (well it should be the end of our contract as of this last payment that we posted this past Friday). The payment was exactly DOUBLED not something that was outlined in our contract and lo and behold it is not the last monthâŚwe have one more that has miraculously appeared out of nowhere despite our contract stating the end date was April of 2022, not may. The person on the phone was nasty with my husband and very unprofessional regarding the situation with the payment being doubled and it catching us blindsided, as well as regarding the additional month added on. All she could say was that someone else bought them out. I donât care if the pope bought the company a contract is a contract and we needed to be informed if it was going to be altered. I was in the middle of moving when I bought a bed and a rent to own washer and dryer, the washer and dryer were fine nothing to complain about, however for several months they did not charge me. As I was in the middle of moving and had that money set on a card that on my auto payments come out of I was unaware of this happening. I eventually started calling them to find out when I did figure it out and when they started to fix it there was so much confusion and apparently that's supposed to all be fixed because they have a new manager. I guess they tried to help me work with my payments, after moving and thinking that I have been paying the whole time money had started to run low, I was hoping I was a payment ahead but they informed me that double payments just go towards one. I had several bad interactions with customer service phone and just all around the whole thing let the bitter taste...
