I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in a store in my entire life. I walked in to get my daughter’s iPad and phone connected to each other, and I waited while the manager was in the back crying and screaming on the phone to I later would find out was his mom.. he came from the back and asked his coworker if everyone could hear him and he said yes and said “ugh sorry yall im having a bad day.” Then proceeds to ask me what I need with his eyes full of tears. I told him that I was there to connect my daughters iPad and phone together and instead of looking up my account to confirm what I was saying (I called tmoble before going to the store) he proceeded to aggressively argue with me. I finally just said okay no need to explain, please just do it. He said he wasn’t going to help me because he’s arguing with his mom and I’m not sympathetic to his crying and interrupted his coworker to “trade” cause he wasn’t going to work with me.. i asked for the manager and then he tells me that he IS THE MANAGER!! I told him I wanted his name, he told me it was Mesi Walker and then told me I’m banned from the store! There was also a pregnant female that was I guess just getting off and she told me she isn’t working anymore so “what’s good?” Like this 9 month pregnant lady is gonna fight me in the parking lot… all because I’m not sympathetic to him fighting with his mom? I’m just there to fix my devices !!! How is the manager crying and yelling at people ?? How is this professional?! I have been a tmoble customer for 13 years, I’m not a confrontational person… I think this man was having a bad day and I just happen to walk in during his mental breakdown! I absolutely did not deserve this…. He’s either lying about being the manager or tmoble needs to seriously look into this store and how...
Read moreCan’t remember the persons name I worked with but he had tattoos on his arm. I will say he made it the worst experience I have ever had with a T-Mobile representative. I will be calling T-Mobile corporate as well along with this review. He was arrogant, unprofessional, and rude. I came in looking for a new phone- he got the phone and my information. Next thing you know he is asking me to sign here without explaining or going over any of the details anyone would have wanted before signing. I specifically wanted a promo T-Mobile was running and he never reassured me that he was able to do that- didn’t explain trade in value- didn’t explain nothing. While working with me another customer came in asking for a flip phone- the reps response was we don’t sell those. The customer says we saw them online- rep “oh well I guess if you want one we could order it but they are outdated why would you want that”? Customer still wanted it and the rep said just go to Walmart.. that will be a better option. What a great salesman!!! While working with me he kept trying to transfer photos, text, an otherwise other personal information using an unapproved app from the google store and apple store which made me extremely uncomfortable. Apple developed an app to transfer from android to apple which is what I wanted to use but he kept saying it would be too slow. Guess what his method did not work after wasting an hour of my time... I had to take the two phones and do it myself. The whole time he was frustrated, rude, and unhelpful. I don’t usually leave reviews, and rarely do I leave bad reviews. You should not be representing T-Mobile. I actually like T-Mobile along with thousands of others... you are a T-Mobile deterrent. I would not go to this location and I hope to never deal with...
Read moreI just left this store, and it was a very frustrating experience. My wife recently upgraded her phone with T-Mobile and we needed to return her old phone to get credit for it. Per an email I got from T-Mobile, all I needed to do was drop off my wife's phone at any T-Mobile store.
The lady employee I dealt with at the store was very rude, and short with me. She said that I had to print out a shipping label and mail it out myself. She said I was emailed a label, and they can't print it out or ship it for me.
I checked my email with her standing there and I had no email with a shipping label. And the email I got from T-Mobile clearly said I could just drop off our old phone at the store. She kept repeating over and over that I needed to print the shipping label. She showed zero empathy, and did not try to fix the situation.
On my way home I called T-Mobile. The lady I spoke with on the phone informed me that the employee was wrong. She said that they should have let me drop off the phone, and they should have printed a label, and mailed it for me. Surprise surprise.... after having to leave my work, and spend 30 minutes doing this was such a waste of time.
The employees at this store need more training in procedures & customer service. I'd avoid this store...
