Dusk Mart — Local services in Port Angeles

Albeit having been a patron of this specific card/game shop even prior to what now many collectors and “investors” are referring to as a “bull market” in the Pokemon Community.. one of the most sensible and credible qualities that Dusk Mart and moreso the owner displays is not only the knowledge and availability of otherwise impossible to find product, but provides an evident concern for the needs of their customers by not only offering his full and undivided attention and relating with their passion for not even just Pokemon.. but also the other franchises this shop offers product for. And MOST importantly, separates themselves from virtually every other independent retailer and/or card and game shop by doing their due diligence in bringing together the community altogether by maintaining prices comparable to that of MSRP and not indulge in the practice of raising the market price or “scalping” which has been effectively why a lot of these products have been unavailable anywhere else at retail value. This shop accommodates in patrons in ways in addition to those aforementioned such as featuring them at the customer’s discretion on their social media pages to congratulate them when they pull a rather valuable chase card from specific sets of cards in booster packs and expansions, and also hosts incredible events that invites people from numerous franchises that provides them with an inclusive experience where they can enjoy playing the game of their choice with like-minded collector’s and fans, or even trading events. The effective communication the shop owner has with his regular customers and return buyers and the willingness he provides to ensure that the people that bring him their business get what they need is mostly why I feel like this thorough review is warranted and also why I will continue to come back to this shop and give them most of if not ALL of my business. Because whereas it’s important to support locally owned independent shops so that they continue to thrive, but also because people like those that run this shop are the types of people that deserve to continue operating their business and pay their bills by bringing us services like this and pursuing what they too are also...

My husband and I recently moved back to the area. We love to collect and play Pokemon. We absolutely love coming in to Dusk Mart! Atmosphere is great! Very welcoming. Owner is very kind and knowledgeable about his products. Prices are great! Usually all msrp pricing, otherwise just a small mark up to meet demand. Cant complain about that! Guys got a store to run! Over-all, amazing store with great selection and great deals. Definitely our #1 spot...

This place is the best LGS in Port Angeles. Chris (the owner) has plentiful stock and very well priced at that. Always friendly and knowledgeable about his products. There's always events every weekend with plenty of people with very good prize support. Also a very clean shop. The commissions for products sold through his shop are very fair as well. All around super solid and happy to call it my designated FNM game store!...
