Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Port Angeles

Not sure what is going on here. I try to avoid, but then I’ll think that it must have gotten better and stupidly try again. If there are two cars in front of you, expect to wait at least 20 min. If i do make the mistake of going through the drive through, I time it to prove to myself that it really is taking as long as it seems. If more than 3 cars in front of you expect to wait 45 or more min. I order two bean burritos with no onions. They have given me the wrong order multiple times. They have given me bean burritos with onions a fair many times and one time told me at the window that they messed up and put onions on- was that ok?- I was like, ummmmmm… I’ve waited 35 min for these damn burritos, please make them as I ordered. What the heck!? The employees are nice and seem sweet. The manager was the one who was hoping I’d take the mi-made burritos and told me once when it took them over 60 min to get my two bean burritos with no onions that he’d hook me up the next time… then they messed up my order again and he wanted me to take it anyway. They apologized then I waited 20 min for them to make me 2 more bean burritos. I have really scored a few times when they gave me someone else’s order with 6 things in it. I’m guessing whomever got my two bean burritos was pretty upset. Just avoid. It is crazy. And my food is usually cold by the time I get it. I keep waiting to get sick from it. Weirdest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Just a bad relationship that I keep thinking will get better...

I love Taco Bell, but this store has done nothing but piss me off a disappoint me. My husband and I ordered the taco and burrito cravings pack. In the pack, I specified that we wanted SOFT taco supremes and extra sour cream on the beefy 5 layer burritos. When it got here (delivered by DoorDash- our driver was great, got it to us quickly with no issues finding our door, so this review in no way reflects the service provided by DoorDash ) 1. The burritos had BARELY any filling and were all tortilla, and whatever filling it did have consisted of 90% beans. Some “Beefy” five layer burrito that was.😤 and 2. What was supposed to be soft taco supremes ended up being crunchy tacos with shells so soggy that the bottoms of the completely fell apart the second the wrapper was removed. Fast food costs WAY too much these days to be receiving this kind of quality, or should I say lack there of. To top it off, not ONE employee answered once out of, and this is the god honest truth, what ended up being 20+ phone calls. Complete BS. Save your money and go somewhere else people, because Port Angeles Taco Bell is...

If I could put zero stars I would because the service I recieved today was beyond horrible and unwelcoming. I regret spending my lunch break dining in with my boyfriend. The cashier did not smile, he did not greet us, he was not nice or friendly. When he asked for a name his tone was cold, unhappy and unpleasant. When I picked up the drink cups he set on the counter, I very nicely and clearly said, "thank you" with a friendly smile only to get a unhappy and rude look back from him. He did not say "your welcome" or anything. We eat here about 2 to 4 times a week and never had such a uncomfortable experience. Both my boyfriend and I left there planning to never return again. Our friends and family will also not be going back. Because of how awful this employee was I made sure to take down his name, Eric. This is something I never do but this was just completely uncalled for and I just had to take the time out of my day to say something. Employees should have great customer service, I do no matter what, but this guy's lack of decency and friendliness is...
