H-E-B — Local services in Port Isabel

Things seem to be getting a little better there however the fact that they're closed out at 11:00 p.m. they shouldn't start dropping stock in front of the aisles at 9:00 or 9:30 p.m. blocking the aisles from customers especially customers who are disabled! Also availability on certain products you still scares at this particular store what I can go to San Benito or Harlingen and find everything I'm looking for doesn't really make sense but I'm not in charge of logistics but I think there's some oversight that needs to be adjusted!

I think you should go back to your schedule now of closing at 1:00 a.m. both Walmart and HEB close at 11:00 p.m. people don't stop by and groceries people don't stop shopping but we've been handicapped and handcuffed with the stores on FM 802. If you're restocking items there's no reason why you cannot allow customers to go to the self-checkout! As a matter of fact the self checkout is relied on too heavily during high traffic and it should be focused on downtime when you don't need to have people in and at their cash registers checking groceries out. I've been shopping H-E-B my entire life so as they expand they've gotten better at some things and they're getting very sloppy on others they should stand apart from Walmart and the other stores in their area. I love a lot of the HEB products sodas chips cheeses dog food is superior the heritage ranch brand of HEB is a very fine product and I hope they continue to carry it or produce it! Don't take this review as negative but it's just the fact that the store that I shop at is an HEB Plus I expect a little more on the plus on as a grocery store and not as a clothing/furniture yuppie store! If I want to buy a $500 check I'll go to a furniture...

Just had rude interaction with one of the checkers at this H‑E‑B 04/21/22 time was about 10:40. Upon arriving I got just 4 things because I knew the store was already closing.Working at heb myself I know how work can be tiring after a long day.When I went to pay the Express Cashier had just turned off his light and had two customers with more items than I did in front of me .Being that I had only 4 items I asked him if I could pay here.He said “ no I am closed in a rude manner “sending me the a regular check stand.I waited for about 5/6 mins and saw his light turn back on.A lady had asked him and they turned his check stand back on because she only had about 4things like me.I got in line put my things on the belt.He scanned them and charge me in a rude manner , when the customer in front of me was literally still putting her receipt away and in front of the monitor.I couldn’t put my card because she was still in the way.After I swiped my perks I got my receipt and left.Extremely rude partner , if he doesn’t want to work night shifts and can’t handle people coming in at 10:40 then he shouldn’t be working closing shifts.PLEASE MANGERS CHECK...

I went yesterday to South Padre Island and my wife wanted a dri fit long sleeve shirt so i went inside i started to look for shirts so i grabbed one and went to pay everything was fine until i went outiside going to my truck and i saw 2 heb managers waiting one of them stopped me and he asked me for the receipt and and told him yes here you go and told me can we go inside and i agreed until he accused me that i changed the barcode sticker and told me that he was watching me since i enterd the store so i told him okay then show me the cameras when you saw me doing that and he told me no then i told him called the police then cause i didnt not do that and he got mad cause supposly he was sure i did that after that he denied showing me the cameras and calling the police and the end we was comparing the barcode from the shirt and the receipt and they match and told me to leave he didint even told me...
