I had a normal shopping experience. Bought my wife a pair of knock off bierkenstock sandals. They were the on sale for $30. They barely last on my wife six hours when the whole bottom came off. She walked a few more steps and then the other sandal broke off at the toe part. She had to walk barefoot back to our vehicle. When I went to return them the next day, if they would’ve advised me of a no return policy I would’ve accepted it and moved on. The clerk however had the audacity to accuse me of not ever selling me such shoes as the metal buckle was rusted and claimed it was not the shoes she sold me and that I had found them at the beach or something? I showed her the receipt and the shoe size obviously matched my purchase. How could I go find the same shoe at the beach and switch them out?Low quality product on the sandals. Just the discomfort of such a blatant accusation soured my experience. Wouldn’t recommend returns they just will refuse...

This store is the perfect addition to Port Isabel, Texas. If you need anything for the beach, being on the water or gifts they have it. The quality of their products, especially their clothing lines is by far one of the best in the RGV. Prices are reasonable and the staff knowledgeable. Store so hot. Not greeted by 2 associates as they were too busy talking with each other and then when checking out after spending $400 the girl associate in sweat pants and sweatshirt bumps into me without apologizing or saying anything. Very strange experience but well stocked and nice...
