Next day call from delivery guy saying on street..I told them I wasn't ready for it that I was to call when ready for delivery.
Called 21APRIL to say ready for delivery on Tuesday 23April
Mattress delivered on time but told will NOT haul off old mattress.
Called Sutherland and they said there is another 20.00 fee to haul off. Never was told that. I paid it and they hauled it off.
