This is one of the worse place to bring business, the stupid manager is so rude and disrespectful./ I think cricket should do some about it.. I will do anything for this Mexican to be dismissed because person like them can work in this business. Rude and incompetent employee. Had no idea how to remove an app. Did not even know how to do a factory reset. I would assume the employees are competent or atleast knowledgeable with the things they sell. You sell 1 thing , phones. Then I get the automated reply.
