Love this location and all the employees!!! Theyāve always treated me great! Every single person knows me by name as I pull up, knows my order, and everyone knows how to make my custom order. However, my lower rating is because ever since the gm or corporate or whoever it was, made the decision to open later and close earlier, it has knocked off about $300 a month on sales⦠JUST on my orders alone! Iām a 3-4 times PER day customer ($550-850/month), so no longer being able to go early or late is a bummer! I have never been early or late that there wasnāt other customers there as well!! There was always other customers there just as early as me, and just as late, so thatās a major sales loss for the store! I also go to ādine inā 2-3 times a week with friends in the evenings, and we sit outside⦠every single night we sit out there, the store closes and multiple customers are stopping by for orders between 9:30-11!!!! Store hours got cut, employee hours got cut, made service slower, ā¦ā¦ all added up to major sales decreases on this location!! Wish this branch would open at 5 and close at 11 like it used to!!!!! First the cashier didnāt know how to set orders. I ordered a Salted Caramel cold brew modified by myself and he acted like I was asking him to make a rainbow out of my coffee. I order chocolate chips in it and he gave me a cookie that I returned.
Added an espresso shot after I paid for my two drinks and asked him to add to the salted caramel drink but the barista put it in a separate cup
When I was at the bar waiting for my drink the barista came to me and asked with a confused face about the chocolate chips in my drink as I asked it to be blended not iced. He questioned my order right when he was about to make it like if I was making a mistake adding chocolate chips so I replied to him āI ordered for a reasonā and he kept saying āidk how is gonna come outā but, not in a nice tone which is what got me.
Finally he did the whole drink as I asked after walking me through the steps like a little girl.
I have never experience baristas who donāt understand the concept behind creating your own drinks at Starbucks. Honestly, it is not the fact that they might not know thatās a thing but their attitude and customer service...

Several of the items we wanted were out of stock for the day which seems hard to believe at noon. They Had no cake pops and fresh fruit for drinks was also out. The order of 4 drinks came out over the course of 10 mins. Also ordered 1 cookie and 1 brownie. The guy doing the food brought the cookie and the brownie came out 2 mins later. Overall service is very slow and lacking of any real service or speed location is kept clean and nice but that's the highlight of this location avoid if you can if you have to stop expect...
