We've known Chilo for over 30+ years and followed him in his career..... I think the 1st time we meet him....he was a barback at Blackbeards ....and if I remembered right he wasn't old enough to serve alcohol......
We've always knew about his pies...but every since he opened his business it took off.....
His pies are a desert consisting of sweet, rich individual components.....his crust fillings and toppings and its amazing how their textures and flavors work together....his pies are mouth watering...
We would absolutely recommend his pies to any cheesecake lover especially if you want something that is fresh and homemade....we live north of Houston in Conroe and we do not have a cooler big enough to put a pie in....so we put the frozen pie in the floorboard in the back seat and drove 6 hrs and it was still very cold and frozen in the middle.....

Read moreMe and my husband happened to go on a random Sunday to finally try out some cheesecakes, we got a banana pudding cheesecake slice and a reeses cheesecake slice, our favorite was the banana! Very much one of a kind and have never had a cake like that before no other cheesecakes can compare to the ones made here. Also met one of the owners and by far the friendliest customer service we have gotten, we look forward to stopping by to try the tiramisu and red velvet when they have it...
