I don't normally do the review thing but when I see such comments as , "Bri P" make about things it makes me to do so , it's a decent little movie theater with quite good prices compared to others. $6 dollars for a matinee movie is reasonable , a 2 y/o is of the age to enjoy an appropriate movie for young kids so why should you think they shouldn't be charged admission? Yes it should be a reduced child's rate but an admission fee is exceptable. As for your large popcorn that you spilled , yes that is how you explained it,, that your party spilled it not the theater personnel,, so why should they need be responsible for replacing free , you did it not them. The fact that a large popcorn at that theater is ONLY $3 dollars is something to praise about. It's nice of the manager to respond to your whinning and offer u a free one but I think they are better off without customers like you thinking someone owes you the world when it was...

We're new to Port Lavaca and I was so happy to know there was a theater in town. Love that it was not packed and the prices for the movie tickets and snacks are reasonable. My only issue was the butter that was put on the popcorn. I love movie theater butter and always ask for extra so after we eat down and was ready to eat it I had a very weird smell. It had a stale smell it to, it was so bad that I barely eat any of our large popcorn. The movie had started so I didn't want to go ask for a replacement or refund so it just went to waste. This was the worst experience I ever had. The moment we walked through the door the stares were very loud. No one greeted us, just stared at my friend and I in complete silence. It was very uncomfortable. When I went to pay for our tickets, I was going to pay with my card and was told it was cash only. Luckily I had cash. The coke was flat, the popcorn was stale and tasted like cardboard. I didn’t even eat it just threw it away.
