Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Lavaca

We waited an additional 15 minutes past when our food should have been ready for pickup which wasn't all that big of a deal because it looked like they had gotten really busy. we were kind of disappointed at the size of the pizza in the pizza box we ordered. We ordered the breadstick, cinnamon stick, Pizza combo. The pizza had eight pieces but four of them were very ,very small. It only had four cinnamon sticks and five breadsticks and my daughter said according to the picture there should have been more of one or the other, I don't know which. I told her I would go back inside and remedy it quite quickly and easily but she did not want me to, she paid for dinner so I did not want her to be upset because she was already a little disappointed in the size of the meal. She ordered it on the website and it was supposed to be $13.95 with the additional dollar for cheese on the breadsticks. They charged her $20, 19 and some change. Not quite sure what happened there either. If it was only $14.95 plus tax she may not have been as disappointed with the size. We do love Pizza Hut though and when we are willing to pay their prices we always enjoy their food. They are a bit pricey as far as pizza places go but we will go there again because like I said we love their Pizza. And while we were there I got a wonderful menu from a little diner attached to the building which you can only enter through the Pizza Hut lobby. Can't wait to try 24 diner for breakfast lunch or dinner, their menu...

If no stars were possible, that's what this place would get. We arrived at 3:30 and for the 5 of us we had to share only 2 menus. We place our order and didn't receive our pizza until 4:45. Our chicken wings didn't come out until 5:10 and looked like they were covered in snot and tasted even worse. The waitress was rude and said had worked there for 18 years but had never heard of the pizza we had ordered and said it had a stupid name. When another isomer asked for a refill of soda she told him to bring it to her because she was too busy to be going and getting everybody refills. She also sat down at a booth with her friends while everyone was waiting for her to actually get up and do her job. Then another employee came in dripping sweat, went into the back, wiped her face with a paper towel then set it and left it on the counter right next to where they were preparing the food. Then she sat down and played on her phone at a booth instead of working. It was the worst service I've ever received and would advice everyone. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE! You'll only be wasting your...

This store is always understaffed, I’ve gone there several times recently and seen pizzas falling off the oven onto the floor. Spoke to manager, manager told me they’re understaffed so I waited for 2 hours and my order still wasn’t ready. Floor was dirty and greasy, asked the manager if I could have a refund, said to call corporate. Asked a manager for their supervisors phone number, a guy claiming to also be a manager with glasses and a beard gave me their number, and their supervisor didn’t answer. Later found that same “manager” smoking dope in his car. Not sure what’s going on with this Pizza Hut, it used to be good a couple months ago and it’s gone downhill since. Half the employees look sick or drained, and the management seems to have no clue what to do either. I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for 8 years and I’ve never seen it get this bad.
