Worst target I’ve been to with the worst customer service. I purchased items that were too big to fit in my car and I didn’t realize it until I went to load up my car, asked them to hold it until i come back the next day they said no because they didn’t want to be liable ok cool. I asked if I could return it then have them hold it until tomorrow since they were closing in an hour and I live 30 min away & they told me no. I’ve had them hold something for me before and they did it for 24 hrs so I’m confused when this new rule started. Cashier named “Becky” tried to embarrass me over 19 cents because their system would not allow me to use my debit card since my total balance left over after gift cards was 19 cents!!! She told me I have to return something since I didn’t have any cash or change on me. I asked her to just send me to customer service and she caught an attitude and told me no then started asking other customers in line if they could cover my “19 cents” tried to make it seem as if I couldn’t afford my purchase. I’ve never shopped in a store that I couldn’t use my debit card for a certain amount but whatever. Safe to say I won’t shop here again ever. Had a cart full of stuff with my baby in my arms because there was no room left for her to sit & not once did I get offered help. I HAD TO PUT MY BABY ON THE DIRTY GROUND TO LOAD UP THE CART AT THE REGISTER WHILE PEOPLE STOOD AROUND AND WAITED FOR ME TO MOVE OUT THE WAY. It got to the point that I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed with the whole situation that I couldn’t do anything but cry in front of all these people. Feel as though I was treated...
Read moreDrive Up needs to hydrate! The girl who wears huge square discount Chase Elliott sunglasses is out there today scolding customers who "aren't giving them enough time to fulfill the orders." Thank you, employee, for letting me know you only have 3 minutes to fulfill them. It sounds like you're having an issue with company policy, which should be addressed indoors. It also sounds like Target needs to find a better way to educate customers on what they need from them, instead of their employees stressing out and resorting to attitude in the parking lot (which honestly does nothing to solve the problem).
I doubt I'm the first person who shopped at a store nearby, then let you know I was coming to Target after leaving the nearby store. I shop here weekly and have been doing so for two years straight, and I have done this more than once, although I've never been scolded before. I don't really love dealing with the rudeness when I'm always in a good mood to employees. I guarantee I let you know more than three minutes ahead of time.
Hire more employees, change the timing, or create an email or in-app campaign to explain policy to customers. The attitude (including the continued attitude from some of the employees) is not going to change a thing.
PS - you're really...
Read moreI’m sorry I hate to be doing this, but I have to be honest. Yesterday I went into target looking for some organic fruits and veggies. Couldn’t find any organic tomatos so I asked a worker where I can locate them, and he pointed me to them. When I picked up the small plastic of grape tomatoes, I noticed something moving inside between the tomatoes. To my surprise it was a German cockroach. I immediately gave the container to the worker and showed him the bug. He was visibly upset and so was I. He then proceeded to check all of the other tomato containers, and looked like he was taking them to the back. Whatever other produce I had in my basket, I put back. German cockroaches don’t come in ones, if you see one, there’s likely an infestation of them. They are disgusting. They carry diseases and it is just really upsetting to see this in a target. I know that if German cockroaches were roaming around produce I regularly purchase I would definitely want to know about it and that’s why I’m writing this review. I know that this Target just had a remodel and everything was all over the place but it might be time to hire an exterminator and throw away all the produce that is likely...
