Batteries Plus — Local services in Port Orange

WARNING Brought my iPhone 6+ in to have the battery replaced. While changing the battery they cracked my glass screen saver and said it happens because they have to push down hard to close the back of the phone. They never offered to fix the cracked screen. When I got home, I noticed the battery was dying faster then the one I had initially and my phone was very hot to the touch. Called the store and was told to bring the phone back. Had to inconveniently drive back to the store to again have them put another new battery in. I argued with them to replace the glass screen saver which they finally agreed to replace (they were the ones who cracked it) but the people who work there are very rude. The next day I realized I could not hear through the phone on a phone call unless I used speaker phone. The ear speaker is suddenly NOT working. I also realized my front camera was broken. I get a black screen when I try to use it! I called the store to talk to the manager George who told me I couldn't have a refund but I could drive back again (3rd time) to the store and have the phone looked at to see why it wasn't working. To be honest, I was afraid to let them touch my phone again... in the two times they had my phone, they cracked the screen, broke the speaker to listen to a phone call, and broke the front camera. The phone was in perfect condition (except for needing a new battery) until they "fixed" it! Horrible repairs, horrible customer service! I would not let anyone there touch my expensive phone. They have no guarantees except to see if they can fix what they broke! I will have to dispute the charge for the new battery with my credit card company, but I am stuck with a $850 broken phone. I will never go...

Was in Sunday to have screen fixed on iPhone. The girl, Nicole was very nice and helpful as was the gentleman there. After a while, they were able to fix my screen, but home button doesn't work. They had to order a part which came in today. I go there today and tel the gentleman there, his name is Chris, I believe that my home button doesn't work and battery is draining extremely fast. Of course his response is that nothing they did would cause that. So he wants me to leave my phone for 2 hours. I explain to him that I was there for 3 hours on Sunday and the only reason I'm back is because of an issue that his store caused. I explained that I work from my phone and that it is very important that I get it done real quick. I know it doesn't take more than 20 mins.. he then gets very rude and says I can come back at 6 and maybe he can do it in a hour. I will more than likely spend 1000 on a new phone before I step foot back on there to get anything fixed. Once again, the girl and guy there on Sunday were nice and helpful. I didn't even care that I paid for something that ended up causing more issues. But today. With that extreme unprofessional behavior, I cannot rate this place over 1 star....

went in here to replace the old screen and battery on my IPhone 5s. One of their new technicians replaced the screen, and handed it back to us within the hour. I started to test out the phones functionality and the screen had a new issue where it would jump and had pressure marks on the center of the screen. Called the store, no reply. Went in the next day to find out that the "technician" had put a piece on backwards, which damaged the phone internally. The other technician Jesse, fixed the part but told me to come in the next day to speak with a manager. The manager put ANOTHER screen on , yet the same issue is occurring and didn't address the fact that they ruined a part inside of my phone. Eventually I had to get a refund and have them put the old broken screen back on, which they threw away and had to put someone else's broken screen on my phone. The customer service at this place is great but the quality of parts is lacking, save yourself some trouble and go to one of the other screen replacement stores in the area that...
