okay to start, i’m never the person to write reviews. however this firehouse is the best one i have EVER been to. the staff is amazing and even remembers me and my order because they care about their customers. i’ve been to ones all over florida and this one makes the best subs consistently. so not only do i get a delicious sub, i get an amazing, personable experience along with it. also wanted to give a shout-out to some of the employees who make my experience even better than anticipated: noelle, regina, ben, adrian, jasmine, and sarah. as long as one of them is here when you get your sub, i promise this will be a memorable experience for you!!! also tip: try...

My family and I eat here a lot. We do not dine in usually. We take it home so that we can eat at home together around the table. I can say that these employees here at the Port Oranfe Firehouse sub place have been more than kind! They are so patient and kind. Each time I come, there is a smile on their face with a "Welcomr to Firehouse" attitude. Ben is always right there when I order to make sure I am ordering the best way possible. Artesia has been there a while now and she is so sweet and proper! They deserve a employee reward and a bonus! They make it easy to where I want to come back when I am in a hurry to feed my family...

I have been in there twice and the bread is really dry and little less meat than usual. The brisket was like the tv commercial of Wendy's (wheres the beef?). The meat has no juices to it. I know it is a new opening but maybe they should go over there to Ridgewood in South Daytona and see how they do it those subs are different. Maybe it is the way they make the bread and how they drain the meat out of the steamer. The Italian I got has no flavor of a italian sub at all. I hope they get better cause it is...
