It’s clear that basic customer service is completely lacking. To make matters worse, Amazon returns here are a complete joke. I was told that, despite Amazon providing a paid QR code, they couldn’t use it and that I had to package my return and print the shipping label myself—completely contradicting the instructions Amazon provided. Read moreMy wife recently visited the Port Orchard Staples to return a box of printer ink that was personally recommended by one of their sales associates as the correct match for our printer—also purchased at that same location. Unsurprisingly, the ink turned out to be incompatible. Even more impressively, the store then refused to accept the return, despite the fact that their employee was the one who misinformed us.
So, if you enjoy being misled by undertrained staff and then held responsible for their incompetence, by all means—shop at Port Orchard Staples. They’ve truly mastered the art of disappointing customers...
