I called This appliance place to inquire about parts for a refrigerator and was told to come down in person. I brought the damaged parts. The owner Ingrid took the parts and said it would take a couple of hours to find the parts and that she would call when she did, but also told me to call if I had not heard from her because she was busy. I explained it was very important that I got these parts today. It was only about 12 pm. The hours of this business are 11 AM to 6 PM. I thought I gave her more than enough time and called at 4 pm as she never called me. No answer. I preceeded to call her several more times. No answer. Now, she has my parts so I can't even go anywhere else. I drive all the way back down to her place thinking the phones may have an issue. When I got there at 4:30 PM there was no one there. The open sign was lit and the hours clearly on the door. No sign about having to leave. I wanted 50 miles of driving because she never called me. The next day, (Today) I called and she finally answered at 11:30 AM, I explained who I was and about calling and driving all the way down for nothing and she said that was on me for not calling, but I told her I did call her. Several times. Then she told me she left early for an emergency fridge repair. So I asked her why she didn't call and she deflected right back to me taking no responsibility. She said just come, she had my parts, I asked for a small discount for all my trouble and she refused and said it was all on me. Then said everyone wanted money from her today. Maybe it's the way she runs her business? She said just come down and hung up on me. We got the parts and was still unapologetic and she does not have much customer service skills. Read moreI used Ingrid in the past for a washer. My shop needed a dryer as we groom pets and use lots of towels. She sold me one for $195.00 and had people deliver it. I could have done better on the price, but I like to try to help struggling businesses. The dryer didn’t work well at all. I was told she would warranty it for 30 days. I called the first day of use to say it wasn’t what we need. They took our other one that worked for over 14 years. She started being really nasty accusing me of misusing my old dryer!? She said it was full of lent and dog hair on the inside. This had nothing to do with the one she sold me. I wanted one that worked. She wanted me to let people pick up that one without returning my money till she could bring it to me saying she wouldn’t trust her workers with money! She trusted them to get my money when they dropped it off mind you. She hung up on me twice and made a stink with a bag of lent saying it came out of my old dryer?! She did NOT return my dryer when picking up the one I bought. She has since put lies on our business reviews 3 times. Anyone that knows her knows she hates dogs. She has never used our services. She is spiteful and nasty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this person!!! She is not worth saving...

I had a fan in my freezer that died and my frozen food was all in my sink and my fridge was only residually cool and getting warmer by the second. She said come on down even though it was already time to close. I brought my old fan and she dug up 3 fans, 1 of which matched mine . She even tested to be sure it worked. Then after giving me a great price I only had my debit card. She only takes cash,( can you blame her). She let me take the part home and fix my freezer and said just drop it in the mail. Who does that these days! She is so sweet!! Please, go see her first. She also knows her appliance repair stuff which she is willing to share it.
