LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you don't find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago!

In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me.

When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didn't have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessica's guidance and support, were over the top. I can't wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, I'm not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!)

Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys...

I rarely ever leave revews, but this was a truly fantastic experience that I needed to share. Jay's is extremely professional and courteous. I received a call letting me know my jewelery was ready for pick up and when I pulled in my baby had fallen asleep in the car. I called and spoke to Doris and asked her ifshe could get everything ready so I could quickly run in with my daughter and run out. She told me to hang tight and she would be right out with everything so I didn't have to wake my daughter. I was shocked and delighted and extremely grateful. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service! And my earrings look beautiful too! I currently live in Palm City and will continue to drive to Jay's....

As someone who works in servicing customers on a daily basis, let me just state every person I've talked to at Jay's Fine Jewelry were welcoming, extremely helpful and had great recommendations. Jay, himself, even showed face value to help when he could.

As far as the jewelry is concerned, they were able to help me find the most beautiful engagement ring within my price limitation. It was the one place that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantaged of or handled. Everything was professional from picking sizes to checking all the aspects of the diamond on the engagement ring.

I highly recommend Jay's Fine Jewelry for anyone. I know I'll be back...
