I was dragged into casually dining in at the whims of my children who had set their eyes on the āPlayPlaceā that I had in the recent past reluctantly promised to visit. We arrived, me, determined, them, starry-eyed and little hearts full of anticipation, for some cozy dessert and light social time, as a happy family. There is a gentleman facing the public, too big for his britches, biting off the heads of everyone too busy role modeling to bite back; and he has absolutely no business interacting with anyone, as he is, disguised in Chick-fil-Aās branded uniform, and, the manager on duty entirely knows it (along with any other patron who would bear witness, but most of us just came to enjoy a meal). Even my toddler was stilled by discomfort (no easy feat at terrific two) from his haughty tone and fake apology when I walked to the counter to serve myself. As instructed by the app, I patiently waited until it was indecent, that is until about 12 minutes before the dining hall should close for our food to be called to us, but our ice cream was sitting melting by the door and likely faster so from this gentlemanās disingenuous temperament. I wouldnāt stomach another meal inside, and by Godās good grace, I have every excuse to drive some extra miles being that even the kids have complained eerily that the food at this location tastes inedible (that time actually may have been the visit where they waved and shouted bye to an outside attendant and were candidly ignored, but at-least a free brownie was rewarded to us, afterwards). Honestly, I myself even wasted a half-full large fry and lightly filled complimentary cup of ice after the brownie visit. Maybe we are just the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really hate I have to even put in this review but this is the second time something like this has happened from this location. I work from home and have to order through the chick fil a app doordash picked the order up and were on their way next text I get my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the store numerous times no one picked up I even left a voicemail no one returned my call. I called the customer support and was told an accident occurred with the dasher and the order was cancelled. Now IF an accident really occurred they have my sympathy but we all know with doordash there is potential they ate the food. I was told the dasher called and told the store but I couldnāt get my order remade and delivered because the order was cancelled. I also didnāt get my 1,000 points back from the order I never received and I was out of my money for a day or two. They need to implement better procedures whether DoorDash picks it up or they drop it off themselves if something occurs and you never get your food you should be called and asked if you want a new delivery or a refund. I could see if the refund was instant and you got your points back and could re order but to just cancel someoneās order never return their call and I gotta call around to find out what took place is not good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just left the Chick-fil-A on Saint Lucie boulevard.. I ordered a salad, some tenders and a Parfait.1st of all when we pulled up to the line we were in front of the cars behind. When the line split to 2 lanes we decided to go to the left lane the gentleman taking the order literally passed us and go to the Car that was initially behind us. As we picked up our food a young lady must be in her early twenties blonde.I asked for almonds and granola and she literally had an obvious attitude. Seems like she was disgusted and just tossed the granolas into the bag in my husband's lap. In the fast food industry customer service really means everything. Almost seems like she was having a bad day before she arrived at work. I saw her eyes rolling in the back of her head and she took a pose and a stance Like I was a bother to her. She even looked at the women at the window as if we were asking too much and she looked back with a nasty facial smirk. I suggest when you hire these young people you teach them how to deal with customers Because not every order will be perfect and not every person knows exactly what they want. When you are in the service industry this business patience and respect is very important. I was definitely not happy with our service and most definitely will...
