In todays day and age judging a person to what you think they can afford is a good way to keep customers from coming back. My wife entered your establishment on 3.22.24 at approx, 9:30 in the morning. She asked where she could find Buchanans 12y Scotch Whiskey. A female worker showed her where it was supposed to be but your store had none in stock. She then showed her the 18y version and proceeded to tell her â itâs $100 and I donât think you want thatâ. This female employee then walked away.
My wife stood there thinking, who is this person to decide what I need, want, or can afford. All she had to do was show it to me, tell me how much it was and let me decide. At that point my wife grabbed the $100 bottle walked to the checkout and paid for it and left. The clerk said nothing.

Their response: didn't you see this piece of paper here? it was over 1st of the year, sorry about your luck. i see what direction this business is heading.... Good luck. Will not...
