To answer your question, I went to purchase my 5th firearm, thru your company on Saturday 11/9/24. After giving them my identification DL/CCP which I have done 4 times prior. I filled out my standard back ground check. Then payed for it- then signed your right of ownership and no refund on firearms paperwork. Then about a hour and a half. Later as I waited for background to come back. Your manager decided that she would not honor my concealed carry permit, issued by the state of Florida. That I must wait the non permit carrierās 3 day waiting period. Due to the suffix in my name of JR which is on my DL but not My Permit. I asked why is this an issue now- when it hasnāt been with my last 4 purchases, nor purchases at gun shows and other local dealers. Since Iāve became somewhat of a collector. I was given its company policy. Which she then began taken pictures of my last 4 purchases, to put into her report on her co-works I presume. Classy Management- to tell a customer she looks to have her co managers wrote up. For doing nothing wrong. Now your customer service goes to explain your policy, which isnāt so cut and dry. Itās actually a big loop hole the way they wrote it. Stating there can be discrepancies in my DL but Not in My Permit So is the Jr a discrepancy on my DL or my state issued permit? I feel as if your store had a different agenda this day, and I feel like I was denied provisions given to me and all CCW permit carries.
