I don't know the name of the young guy who's been working there for at least a year but this guy constantly doesn't know or hand you the wrong s*. Today was an honest mistake I asked for a sealant for my windshield and he hands me a sealant for a gas tank. I look down and grab the proper thing and told him what he handed me and he tells me everybody comes in and they use that for the windshield I told him it comes out black... shut him up real quick. I don't mind that he handed me the wrong part, but not admitting when you're clearly wrong about something and try and convince someone is the right thing is stupid. Read moreWe had the starter in our truck go out while camping up in Port Townsend recently. We found out it had died just 3 hours to clear out of our site for the next campers to come in, so to say we were in a desperate situation was an understatement. We had to fix the truck to haul our trailer out. We called around to get a starter and Adam at O'Reilly's came to the rescue. We explained our situation and he found the right starter and explained how to go on-line to purchase it, and then he saved the day by bringing it to us. My husband took it from there and was able to change it right in the gravel site at camp! We were able to leave just in time. Two women employees wear in the parts room talking about kids or something. Waited to see if they would come out to check on customers. They came out to counter continuing their conversation.
