I have been at this place once. During that first time visit I was very surprise. The customer service was awesome. I lost my drip tip for my Smok TFV8 and when i asked them for it they have a variety of tip. I told them that I want the original one but they don't have any in the selection so they took it off from a Smok TFV8 and sold it to me for at a cheap price. Now that's excellent customer service. That is how you define good customer service. They know what they are doing. They don't want to screw you over. All they want is for you to leave the store with what you really need and a happy customer. They show me how to build coils. This place is awesome and i recommend this place to anyone or anyone that is trying to get their supply for vaping. Thanks Atomize Vapor for hooking me up. Been looking for tip for about a week. Amazing service, helpful and patient with even the most basic and uninformed questions. For an unbelievably low price, the owner did two personally tailored custom flavor requests within half an hour and never once displayed any sort of the impatience or barely concealed attitude that actually providing customer service was bordering on the insufferable which one often sees in vape stores, frequently originating from a certain type of employee who believes that their job confers upon them the absolute zenith of cool relative to their assessment of that of the client, generally found in vape shops, head shops, record stores, and dive bars that somehow confuse their actual purpose of providing goods and services with the set of their own personal gen x film wherein the snotty associate is of course, the star. Atomize WAS my go-to shop for quick service and decent juices . They make them in house and if you have a custom order just make sure to call ahead and they'll have it ready by the time you pick it up . Juices are of good quality and taste amazing . Small shop ,decent prices and good customer service . Usually they have what I need for my mod and can't say that about other shops around Portland . Update:7/22/22 juice seems to be cheaper now with a lot and I say a lot of sweetener . Guess with tobacco prices raised and current events the shop started to cheap on the juices.
