TLDR: do not expect even marginal customer service or a company that stands behind their product. Inspect your product IMMEDIATELY after purchasing so that your timeline isn’t set back by trying to install finish pieces that are missing parts. Do not expect your piece to come in the expected timeframe or with the appropriate finish installation hardware
(I half expect them to stop including them at all). If you want a dependable product, go elsewhere.
Long version: This used to be such a great store when it was locally owned. Doing a remodel project and have had a nightmare experience working with Rejuvenation. Ordered nearly $600 worth of hardware. Half was in store and half was mailed to me. Of the hardware I ordered, less than half had the appropriate hardware included. The other half it was either missing, or didn’t have the appropriate length screws (that were supposed to be included and were listed on the paper insert as being included). With custom finish hardware that shows the screws on the outside, you need the hardware that comes with the piece and matches the finish. I spent forever on the phone with a customer service rep, and was told they couldn’t send replacement parts and had to wait for me to sent parts back. After nearly 30 min talking to a person messaging her supervisor via teams, they finally agreed to send them out by right away… but the confirmation email I got 20 min later was for only half of them. I called back and spent another 30 min on the phone going through the exact same thing, again being told I needed to send them back forth, absorber half hr back and forth about it seeing my project back and them needing to give a better solution (they didn’t care that half of it had already been approved). I THEN had to take the parts bought at the store to the store as the phone service person told me they were separate accounts and they couldn’t help with those (even though I’d purchased them at the same time at the store). At the store, they tried to replace them with ones missing hardware AGAIN, fortunately I was prepared with my measuring tape and had them go fine pieces with the appropriate hardware. After all of this, I was told on the phone that it wouldn’t be escalated as a quality control issue unless my replacements came without the parts, despite having gotten pieces through two mail orders and a store that were missing hardware.    Read moreVery positive experience!! I had an order of fixtures for installation using a number of Rejuvenation fixtures and accessories. Once all parts were laid out and ready to assemble on site, we were missing a mounting bracket part. I don't know if it was actually missing from order, or one of our crew tossed it out with the boxes.
I proceeded to Rejuvenation in an attempt getting a replacement part as this was our final install day on this project. I let them know we may have tossed out the part, or it was missing, honestly didn't know. Also knew the product was being discontinued.
Not only did the original person help me, she checked with one to two others to find the best path forward in my case. Without leaving a long story here, I'll simply say that at least four staff people were involved, they did every thing you can imagine to help out. Between searching their store for the part, calling to check inventory around other stores, they were hustling to do their best.
It finally came down to them actually removing a display item, giving me the part needed (needed one, they gave me two) and sending me on my way.
Each staff member was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful about the product and truly did every thing to solve my dilemma. It took some effort and time, but they kept working on it until it was fully taken care of. One of the most positive experiences in recent history for me. Thank you crew at Rejuvenation Portland!...

Rejuvenation is no longer on my list of stores to look for household items. On Black Friday, I ordered a bedroom set and bookshelf from the Portland, OR store. Over four days to date, my credit card was charged $4,920.64 more than the total order. I called Customer Service today to ask why the overcharge. She did some preliminary investigation while I was on the phone, but in the end, told me I needed to send a copy of my card statement with all personal information blacked out. I asked why she needed the statement and her response was to validate the amounts. My reply was that I'm not calling to make a a story to waste both our time. She said without the statement copy, they could not do any investigation. The other way to investigate this matter was to send an email to them and they would then look into it. At this point, I requested to cancel the entire order and refund me all that has been charged. She said it would take 7 - 10 days for me to get my credit card refund.
