SCAM ALERT: These guys are super sketchy. I was repairing my AC unit and bought a fan motor from them. I gave them all the information they requested to find the part for me and bought the motor and the fan that they said would be correct. It was the wrong motor. I installed it correctly and it did not even start up because it was the wrong motor for my AC Unit. I called for help and the guy I was speaking to on the phone had a tone the whole call like he was annoyed he had to talk to me. Was not friendly or helpful at all. I took the part out brought it back to return it and they told me they could not take the return for the expensive wrong motor they sold me because it had been installed. Then I asked to speak to the manager and Tom Anderson came out and told me once gain he could not accept the return because it was not in the same condition as when they sold it to me (it was). Finally he agreed to take it back but said he was charging me a 20% restocking fee because that was their policy. So they sold me the wrong part I installed it and it did not even run then I returned it and was charged a restocking fee. These guys were trying to rip me off and every person at this company treated me like I was stupid. I have never had such poor service and been treated so badly so I am writing this review to help others who read this so you do not shop here and get treated poorly and ripped...

This is a terrific place to get your electric motors, our furnace motor stopped working and of course when I went to get another motor I learned the original motor wasn’t made any more! I took it to conrey Electric and they tried looking up my motor and couldn’t find it either! But they found another motor with the same specs. Only wasn’t set up to be used in a furnace. So they got a ring that went around the motor that would attach to my same furnace connection points and they took part of the wiring and plug off my old motor and spliced my wires to the new motor for me so it was literally a plug and play installation and didn’t charge me for any of their time making this motor work for my furnace. They really went up and beyond doing their absolute best to serve me and make sure I left with a new motor that I’d be able to easily reinstall in my furnace! As anyone in Portland knows, we are experiencing record-breaking heat. What better time for our blower motor to fail for the first time ever? We were fortunate enough to get a service technician to diagnose it but they did not have the motor in stock and would not be able to get one for days. DJ at Conrey patiently worked with me over the phone to identify the part description and confirm they had a comparable motor in stock. Just as I arrived at the counter to pick it up, my wife called fo inform me the service company refused to install a non-OEM part. DJ overheard the conversation and then told me, if I could remove the blower assembly and return, they could help me install the motor. Mission accomplished!
