Oh boy—this spot quickly became one of my favorite late-night munchies stops. These hot dogs are SO GOOD. Forget the boring, plain sausage-on-a-bun with just ketchup—these are loaded with flavor and color, just like the Colombian hot dogs I grew up with. My personal favorite (of course, as a Colombian) is the one topped with pineapple. YUM. The owner is also super kind and always makes mine with the GF bun I bring along. (If you don’t have your own, he even offers a gluten-free almond flour tortilla option!)

The vibe is distinctly Mexican Texas (NOT TexMex). Cumbia music adjoined to a motorcycle shop with clever N/A cocktails that can have the liquor of your choice added. Their menu is just hot dogs, but they're deliciously charred, the way you want a dog to be. Choose choose any number of Texas city inspired dogs on their menu. We'll be back for sure. Got the San Anto and 512. San Anto had the better toppings, more cooked in house, but both dogs were cooked great.

Motorcycles and hawt dawgs. What else do you want? Some good NA options for when I’m on my moto. Good beer options for when I’m on my bicycle. You can get a good gourmet dog for less than $10, but you’re gonna want to get at least two. The recipes are unique and delicious. Bae City Dog is a must if you like cream cheese wontons. Hell Paso dog is another favorite of me.

If you’re seeking a place where hot dogs are transcendent and the staff might as well be models from a dream sequence, look no further than Grey Horse Saloon. Picture this: you walk in, and immediately, you’re greeted by the aroma of hot dogs so perfect they could be the eighth wonder of the world. These hot dogs are more than just food; they’re a flavorful journey that makes you question if you’ve been living under a rock until now.

But let's talk about Sage, the personification of dreamy charm. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be served by someone who seems to have stepped out of a Hollywood movie, Sage is your guy. With his effortlessly handsome looks and a smile that could probably melt the hardest of hearts, he adds a touch of enchantment to every visit. It's almost like he’s been handpicked by the universe to serve hot dogs with a side of stardust.

The Grey Horse Saloon itself is a delightful haven. The ambiance is a perfect blend of rustic charm and lively energy, with walls adorned in nostalgic memorabilia that makes you feel right at home. The hot dogs here are like little culinary masterpieces—each one is packed with bold flavors and topped with a creativity that makes every bite a unique adventure.

So, if you’re ready for an experience where the hot dogs are out of this world and the staff include someone so captivating they might as well have a fan club, Grey Horse Saloon is your destination. Trust me, you’ll leave with a satisfied stomach and a smile that might just be because of Sage’s dreamy charm. Five stars all the...

Went there on an invitation from a friend. The setup was nice. And the music was PERFECT — just how I like it. Music selection was spot on and instantly added to the good vibes.

Their benches at floor level? Brilliant! I actually enjoyed leaning forward — gave me a free core workout while hanging out. Two days later and I still feel the burn. Who knew a night out could double as fitness training?

And the speaker announcing hot dogs? Pure genius. It cut through the music like an angel from heaven declaring: “Your hot dog has ARRIVED!” Never thought I’d get goosebumps from a concession stand announcement, but here we are.

The service people were fantastic, and I LOVED the “do-it-yourself” setup. No fussy table service — just straight to the counter, grab your own drinks, and bus your own table. Exactly like McDonald’s, but with cooler vibes and better food. Efficiency at its finest.

Hot dog was delicious, and honestly, I can’t...

I've never had a hot dog this amazing! Sage's place is a one-man show, and yet he offers the best food and service you could ever ask for. The food is not only top-notch but crafted with care and attention to detail. The cozy, unique atmosphere is enhanced by a cool motorcycle vibe that adds a touch of adventure to every visit. And let's talk about the drinks—they're fantastic! Mixed and served by Sage himself, each drink is a perfect complement to the stellar food. Trust me, this place is a hidden gem. I've seen countless people celebrating their birthdays here, so it can get busy at times, but it's always worth the wait. Sage truly knows how to make every...
