Extremely expensive for ordinary items. I am a disabled veteran who asked the armed security guard if he saw where the store manager had gone. My disability affects my walking ability. I did not want to limp, or fall down trying to ask her for entry into a dressing room. I asked this "guard" 4 times each time polite and friendly. He ignored me as if I did not exist. I refuse to contribute to the salary of a man who is too good to reply. The contempt he showed towards me and my son was inexplicable. Bad enough to be shopping in a clothing store under the eyes of a large man with a loaded weapon and many extra clips all over him. His level of wanting to hurt someone, anyone worked really well. I and my son left without purchasing anything. We went next door to Burlington where we found the same type of clothing at a fraction of the cost and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices here are a bit high but in my experience almost every single item I’ve purchased here over the years (and believe me, that’s a large number of items) is of great quality. You also get a knowledgeable and helpful staff that really does cater to their customers. If you see something you like but not in your size, they will see if it’s available online and order it for you (free shipping if you have it sent to the store). I have also put them through hell by bringing in several items at a time to either return or exchange without receipts. I had to run in 30 mins before close as I needed a rain jacket for my trip to the Verboort Festival the next day. Liam (and a nice security guard whose name I did not get) met me at the door with a friendly greeting and was ready to help. Liam took the time to understand what I needed and helped me over to a couple different options. Liam was super friendly, helpful, made real conversation (you know not the kind like I have to do this because it’s my job) and I walked out with exactly what I needed.
