Cafe Del Toro — Restaurant in Portland

Well they're not consistent as far as the bartenders service as far as them asking if you want something to eat or drink and I think that's because I'm playing video poker and they seem to not treat the people playing video poker as well as they do people that are there soliciting their bar and eating. A few times I've been there no one ever came up to ask me if I would like a beverage because I'm usually playing on the video poker. I've had very friendly barmaids and I've had some barmaids that weren't friendly so they're inconsistent. I think that that's inexcusable in any industry where you're serving the public as customer service is highly important to me as I once owned my own restaurant. I would not allow my employees to be rude to a customer in any way...quite the contrary, they should be very friendly...

The bartender had an attitude like she didn't want anyone to come in which was unnecessary because it's a place of business and they need customers to come in she made me not even want to be there too much negative energy floating in the air...
