I went to the store today and as a first time buyer, I was very impressed with the staff and the store in general. I had just purchased Print and Cut equipment and needed to get some supplies so that I could practice over the weekend making stickers, decorating some clothing, doing wall art with removable vinyl start working with laminates, this is a new adventure we are adding to our existing business. I tend to have higher than normal expectations. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

I also want to add that I had just had several teeth extracted so my ability to communicate was severely complicated. But they were gracious and very helpful and I cant wait to go back as soon as I heal.

I really appreciated the time that they spent with me helping me, and Service is the number one thing i look at in new vendor relationships.

Oh My Goodness - What a company, I am so happy with my purchase of a 24 inch Summa Cutter. Drew and Alex came to my shop and trained me and my wife and with in 15 minutes of their departure I was able to start printing a 200 sign order. This first job took us 1 hour and 50 minutes.
