Our party was from 5pm - 7pm because we had a minor, and minors are not allowed past 7pm. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff were friendly. They allowed us to setup birthday decorations in our room prior to our time slot, so that was nice. Our server, Kay, showed up prior to our start time and showed us how to use the equipment which was straightforward. She also took our food and drink orders. We all had a great time and even got previously reluctant people to finally sing!! The songlist was decent, and they appear to be adding to it all the time.

The food was delicious, and the selection of beers was not too bad. We had the Buffalo Cauliflower (spicy), Piglets in a Blanket, House Tots, and Pistachios, and all were fantastic. We even ordered more of the Piglets in a Blanket.

We ordered a bottle of the brut rose and several cocktails: Midori Sours, Cardi B's, and Sex on the Beach. I did not get to taste any of these because I was focused on my beers and being a host, but everyone informed me that their drinks were great.

The only negative for this particular location (SE) was parking, which was horrific on that day. We all struggled to find parking. So, make sure to allocate time for parking. We might try their NW location to see if the parking there...

Went with a group of friends. There is a difference in how the staff are around poc and white people. Take that as you wish but I don’t think it’s necessary to be questioned about payment when someone who is white in your group was already paying for the party. Our friend group had been warned about a previous experience and we did our best to avoid it but I somehow got asked to pay and then suggested ordering a drink at the front. What made the person turn away was after I said, “I said I’m not paying, someone in my group is paying for me” and I ended up walking away towards my group nd never saw them again that night. Overall the rooms were pretty clean and the service was good, they step into your room before your time is up. I will say they don’t have much options for Latin music but it’s obvious when you look through their music history and options. But it is cool that you use a link to step into the list of music that they have for karaoke. I went here for my birthday and reserved their larger room which accommodates 30 people. The room is spacious with plenty of seating and comfortably fit about 20 of us. There were wrap around seats with tables in front plus two smaller tables and chairs. The digital set up is super easy to use so everyone can queue songs, call for server assistance, or use the disco ball. The larger room has 3 microphones and a sweet disco ball you can choose to use or not, also controlled with the vbsongs login code they give you and we had no technical issues. Yay! Their happy hour menu was also fantastic! Had a variety of drinks and the most popular foods so we didn't need to spend an exorbitant amount on appetizers and snacks which was a lovely surprise. The service we had was top notch and everyone was very friendly. I would absolutely come here again. The rates for the room were mlre than fair and the atmosphere was excellent.
