I recently hired Annie to do a 5-course dinner service for my wife's birthday, and it was absolutely the highlight of the day. Annie and her team took care of everything - not just all the meal prep, but also things like pre-dinner cocktails, table decor, and clean-up. Our kitchen, where they were working, is right next to our dining area, and so they were even mindful to work quietly while we were eating as to not distract from our dining experience. Absolute 5-star service from beginning to end. Then there's the food - the food was incredible!! Annie and I worked ahead of time to prepare just the right menu, and she easily worked around all our dietary restrictions. The seasonal ingredients were beautifully utilized, and everything we ate was masterfully prepared and presented. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have had some spectacular dining experiences from renowned restaurants around the world, and the meal Annie prepared truly ranks amongst them. Annie helped to create one of the most incredible bachelorette party dinners I’ve ever attended. She put together a wonderful menu with all of our requests, and there were 16 people in attendance, so the list was long! This catered dinner was right during spring time earlier this year and so all the fresh veg was just coming out. We were provided some of the table setting and glassware, and the food was plated gorgeously. All the food was fresh, heathy, and tasted amazing.
