Here's what happened after that. I went to return the item with my receipt in due time it was denied because I was not in the customer base so I didn't know about that, I wasn't asked that when I went to purchase the dress so I'm standing there with my receipt and address returning it on time and they're refusing it.. so I wrote to them and we straightened it out and unfortunately, I had a work trip and then came back on from the airplane sick as a dog for another week so it's 14 days now since I bought it and they're refusing to take it back. Oh and I'm still not in the customer base, they didn't ask me to even join ( read my next book had to lose customers and your business) I'm not sure it would be worth it to bother to go in there because I'd have more...
Read moreThis summer, I visited their shop in Portsmouth and tried on a dress that I was in love with, but was a little out of my price range. Disappointed, I left it behind but kept it in mind. Four months later, I messaged the shop online to ask if they had the dress still in stock, but unfortunately the answer was no. Then two weeks after that, a shop associate messaged me out of the blue to let me know that they found one more dress in their summer storage and offered to ship it to me. I said yes, and not only did they mail it promptly but they were also able to sell it to me for 50% off! The fact that they remembered that I had been looking for it and took the time to get in contact again shows an incredible attention to detail and care for their customer base.
